The Malta Entertainment and Arts Association
Howard Keith Debono, MEIA President, talks and answers questions about the role of this new association representing the Arts and Entertainment industry.
The MEIA is an autonomous non-profit association made up of various members within this Industry with the aim to raise awareness of problems in the industry & encourage feedback for its members and the community. There are 10 advisory committees and sub committees covering: – Dance, Music, Theatre, Film & TV, Fashion, Entertainment Venues, Technical Suppliers and Service providers, Events promoters and organizers, Visual Arts and Arts education. The goal is to protect the rights of all individuals and companies as well as to have all sectors, roles & genres come together under one roof representing the Malta Entertainment and Arts Industry with one common voice through this association.
